Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual materials, including logos, brochures, business cards, and social media graphics
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of our clients' brands
• Create innovative and effective design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop comprehensive marketing campaigns
• Design and develop email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
• Provide design support for social media, including creating social media graphics and developing social media campaigns
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands and marketing goals
• Work closely with the design team to develop and maintain our design style guide
• Design and develop interactive designs, including web pages, microsites, and mobile applications
• Test and iterate on design solutions to ensure they meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality design solutions on time
• Collaborate with external partners, including printers, photographers, and illustrators
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our design software, including Adobe Creative Suite

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, visual identity, and branding
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition
• Experience with design systems and style guides
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO and social media marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
