Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, unique logos that capture the essence of our clients' brands and values.
• Collaborate with our design team to develop concepts, refine ideas, and present final design solutions to clients.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in logo design.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brand identities, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
• Create design concepts, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate logo design ideas.
• Participate in design meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Produce high-quality design files, including vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) and raster formats (PNG, JPEG, GIF).
• Ensure consistency in branding across all design materials, including business cards, letterheads, and website assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced design environment.
• Stay organized, maintain accurate records, and ensure version control of design files.
• Provide design support and guidance to junior team members and assist with training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain open communication with clients, respond to feedback, and incorporate revisions into design solutions.
• Collaborate with our project management team to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure design solutions meet our high standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logo design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective logo design solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with design trends, technologies, and best practices in logo design.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Certification in graphic design or a related field (optional but preferred).
