Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement effective email management processes and procedures to improve response times and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our support staff to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues to senior management as required.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information to customers regarding our products and services, including troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage customer interactions, including emails, phone calls, and chat sessions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge, including product training, customer service skills, and technical support.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify sales opportunities and provide support to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and responsive.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including emails, phone calls, and chat sessions.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, respond to customer inquiries, and promote our products and services.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, email management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn our CRM software and other technical tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools an asset.
