Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of emails, responding to customer inquiries and providing support to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective email management processes, ensuring that all emails are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize email management software to track and manage emails, ensuring that all emails are responded to and resolved efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email management and customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of email management policies and procedures, ensuring that our email communications are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring that our email communications are aligned with our marketing strategy and goals.
  • Analyze email metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and response rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize our email communications.
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our email management processes are aligned with our business objectives and goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management, ensuring that our email management processes are transparent and accountable.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, ensuring that our email communications meet our quality and standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in email management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
