Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences
• Manage our email marketing software, including creating and editing email templates, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign results
• Analyze campaign results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize future campaigns
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics
• Develop and manage our email marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within budget and on time
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted email campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth
• Create and edit email content, including writing and editing copy, designing and editing graphics, and optimizing email templates for mobile devices
• Test and optimize email campaigns, including subject lines, calls-to-action, and email content
• Develop and implement A/B testing and split testing to optimize email campaign performance
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign results, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in email marketing, including new technologies, trends, and best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion
• Strong knowledge of email marketing software, including Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, or similar platforms
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling email content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and identify areas for improvement
• Experience with HTML and CSS, with the ability to create and edit email templates
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with A/B testing and split testing, with the ability to optimize email campaign performance
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all email campaigns are delivered error-free and on time
• Experience with market research and analysis, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
