The Survey Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering survey data into our database, verifying data for accuracy, and performing quality control checks to ensure data integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Enter survey data into our database with high accuracy and efficiency
- Verify data for accuracy and perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve data-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our market research team to identify areas for process improvement and implement data entry best practices
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data entry processes and systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system enhancements
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track data entry metrics and performance
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive process improvements
- Adhere to data entry standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including Microsoft Office and database management tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement
