Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and other materials to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including investors, bankers, and other stakeholders
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and team members
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance
- Develop and maintain financial planning and analysis tools, including financial models, dashboards, and reports
- Manage and analyze large datasets to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to drive business success
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to improve financial analysis and planning
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify insights and trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, including financial models, dashboards, and reports
