Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to drive business growth and profitability
• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including forecasting and budgeting models
• Provide financial planning and guidance to senior management, including recommendations on investments and funding
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations
• Provide training and support to junior staff members on financial analysis and reporting
• Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and industry trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including auditors and financial institutions
• Manage and coordinate financial projects, including budgeting and forecasting
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk and market risk
• Develop and implement financial metrics and dashboards to measure performance
• Provide recommendations on financial matters, including investments and funding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in financial software, including Excel, Financial Modeling, and Accounting
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with financial reporting and compliance, including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong team player, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry trends
• Certification in finance or accounting, such as CFA or CPA, is an asset
• Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Trello
