Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track financial data and performance metrics
• Provide financial guidance and support to non-financial teams and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
• Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to develop and implement financial solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments and apply this knowledge to improve financial planning and analysis
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of different scenarios and strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software and tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data visualization and presentation tools
• Certification in financial planning or analysis, such as CFA or CPA
