Key Responsibilities

• Creating and managing product listings on our ecommerce platform, ensuring all product information is accurate and up-to-date
• Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product listings are optimized for search engines and align with our brand's overall marketing strategy
• Conducting product research to ensure all product information is accurate and consistent across all channels
• Collaborating with the design team to create high-quality product images and videos
• Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain product information and images
• Ensuring all product listings are compliant with our company's brand guidelines and ecommerce policies
• Managing and maintaining product inventory levels, ensuring that all products are accurately represented on our ecommerce platform
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues related to product listings
• Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize product listings
• Working with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and increase sales
• Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our product listings and ecommerce platform
• Performing data entry tasks, ensuring all product information is accurately entered into our database
• Identifying and reporting any issues or errors related to product listings, working with the technical team to resolve these issues

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, product management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including product listing and inventory management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product listings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with data entry and database management, with the ability to accurately enter data and maintain database integrity
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including search engine optimization and social media marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Certification in ecommerce or digital marketing, or a related field, is an asset
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
