About the role

Silverline Labs is launching a focused sprint to automate its CI/CD pipeline and platform releases. We need a Java Developer who can design, implement, and fine‑tune automation scripts that accelerate delivery cycles while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and extend CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Build reusable Java‑based automation libraries for deployment and testing.
• Integrate microservice components into automated release pipelines.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA engineers to ensure end‑to‑end pipeline reliability.
• Document pipeline architecture and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Must-have skills

• Strong Java development experience (3+ years).
• Proficiency with Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Hands‑on experience designing CI/CD pipelines and platform automation.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
• Previous work on large‑scale microservice deployments.
