About the role

BlueSky Ventures is launching a new SaaS product and needs a Java Developer to uplift test automation and cut regression risk before each release. You will work closely with QA and product teams to embed robust automated checks into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Java‑based test frameworks using JUnit and TestNG
• Integrate Selenium/WebDriver scripts for UI regression suites
• Collaborate with developers to create mock services for micro‑service testing
• Maintain test data factories and environment provisioning scripts
• Track flaky tests and continuously improve stability

Must-have skills

• Strong Java programming experience
• Hands‑on with Spring Boot microservices
• Proven test automation development (Selenium, JUnit/TestNG)

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
