About the role

Orbit Labs is preparing a synchronized mobile and backend launch for a new app store offering. We need a .NET Core Developer to shape the server side, ensure API stability, and align data flows with the upcoming mobile experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful services using .NET Core 6+
• Integrate Azure services such as Functions, Storage, and Service Bus
• Collaborate with mobile engineers to define contract contracts and error handling
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee release‑ready quality
• Monitor performance and optimize latency for high‑traffic endpoints

Must-have skills

• Strong .NET Core development experience
• Proficiency in C# and async programming patterns
• Hands‑on Azure deployment and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of API versioning and authentication (OAuth/JWT)

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile backend patterns (push notifications, offline sync)
• Familiarity with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration
