About the role

CloudWave Digital is building a high‑performance backend service to support a new SaaS platform. We need a Node.js Developer to design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs that will handle real‑time data processing and integration with third‑party services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable Node.js microservices using Express.js.
• Design and implement MongoDB schemas and queries.
• Create and document RESTful API endpoints.
• Integrate external APIs and handle authentication flows.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with front‑end and DevOps teams for seamless deployment.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands‑on knowledge of MongoDB data modeling.
• Building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
