As a PDF to Word Converter, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional document management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert PDF files into editable Word documents while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality.
- Review and edit converted documents to ensure formatting and content are preserved.
- Work closely with the document management team to ensure seamless integration of converted documents into client workflows.
- Utilize document conversion software and tools to optimize the conversion process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure converted documents meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in converting documents while meeting deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain expertise in document conversion and management best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new document conversion processes and procedures.
- Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and data security when handling client documents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of converted documents and client interactions.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in document conversion or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, and document conversion software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with document management principles and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with data entry and customer service principles.
