About the role

TechFlow Inc is launching an integration project that links billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to design and execute test plans that ensure seamless data flow and robust error handling across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop end‑to‑end manual test cases for billing‑CRM‑API interactions
• Build automated regression suites using Selenium
• Validate data integrity and synchronization across systems
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and triage defects quickly
• Document test results and provide clear status reports

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional testing of API integrations
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver for automation
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle

Nice to have

• Familiarity with billing platforms or CRM solutions
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
