About the role

BrightMart Solutions is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune container orchestration that scales under load while maintaining strict uptime targets.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing Docker images and Kubernetes manifests for inefficiencies
• Redesign deployment pipelines to improve rollout speed and rollback safety
• Implement resource‑based autoscaling and health‑check policies
• Collaborate with developers to refactor services for cloud‑native patterns
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue detection

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with Docker containerization
• Advanced Kubernetes administration (clusters, Helm, CRDs)
• Proven track record in performance tuning and reliability engineering

Nice to have

• Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
