About the role

Keystone Digital is revamping the performance and reliability of its customer‑facing services. We need a seasoned Frontend React Developer to lead the UI optimisation effort, ensuring fast load times and stable interactions across browsers.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing React codebase and identify bottlenecks
• Refactor components for lazy loading, memoization, and efficient state management
• Implement performance monitoring tools and set up automated regression tests
• Collaborate with backend engineers to streamline data fetching patterns
• Document best‑practice guidelines for future development

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of professional React development
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with performance profiling (e.g., Lighthouse, Web Vitals)
• Proficient in modern state libraries such as Redux or Zustand
• Strong debugging and cross‑browser compatibility skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Next.js or Gatsby for server‑side rendering
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines for frontend assets
• Background in accessibility compliance (WCAG)
