About the role

DataPro Services is seeking a Senior Generative AI Specialist to lead the development of cutting‑edge large language model solutions for internal analytics products. You will design, fine‑tune, and integrate generative AI pipelines that empower non‑technical users to generate insights from complex datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end generative AI workflows, from data ingestion to model serving.
• Fine‑tune pre‑trained LLMs on domain‑specific corpora.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to maximize output relevance.
• Implement RESTful APIs for model inference and integration with existing platforms.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline scalability.
• Document model performance, versioning, and deployment procedures.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in large language models (GPT, LLaMA, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python for model training and API development.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code within tight timelines.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Background in NLP research or academic publications.
