About the role

BrightMart Solutions is seeking a Senior Identity Access Management Specialist to design and implement robust IAM controls for a critical internal application rollout. You will lead the effort to align access policies with compliance standards while ensuring seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enforce role‑based access control (RBAC) models across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Integrate SSO and MFA solutions with existing identity providers.
• Conduct access reviews, audit logs, and remediation of privileged accounts.
• Develop automated provisioning/de‑provisioning workflows using scripting and IaC tools.
• Collaborate with security and dev teams to embed IAM best practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document policies, procedures, and compliance evidence for audits.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Hands‑on experience securing AWS and hybrid cloud resources.
• Understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, and related compliance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zero Trust architectures.
• Familiarity with security orchestration and response (SOAR) tools.
