About the role

DataPro Services is launching the new "SecureLaunch" module, a test‑automation framework that validates IAM policies before each product release. As an Identity Access Management Specialist you will drive the uplift of automated regression suites, ensuring that role‑based access controls and entitlement checks are reliably tested and documented.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated IAM test cases in Python using pytest and Selenium for web‑based admin consoles.
• Integrate test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline on Jenkins, triggering security regression runs on every pull request.
• Collaborate with the Cloud Security team to mock AWS IAM policies via LocalStack for end‑to‑end scenario testing.
• Develop reusable test libraries for SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect flows within the SecureLaunch suite.
• Maintain a test data vault in encrypted S3 buckets, rotating credentials nightly.
• Produce weekly risk dashboards highlighting regression failures and remediation timelines.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with IAM design, role‑based access, and entitlement reviews.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and test automation frameworks (pytest, Robot Framework).
• Hands‑on knowledge of AWS IAM, Cognito, and IAM policy simulation tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerised test environments.
• Strong understanding of security standards such as NIST 800‑53 and ISO 27001.

Nice to have

• Experience with security orchestration tools like Snyk or Checkmarx.
• Background in DevSecOps culture and automated compliance reporting.
