About the role

Vertex Analytics is building a unified billing‑CRM bridge called SyncPulse. As a Senior iOS App Developer you will lead the integration of our internal APIs into the existing iOS platform, ensuring seamless data flow between billing, CRM, and core services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a Swift‑based SyncPulse module that consumes REST endpoints from billing, CRM, and internal services.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts, authentication flows, and error handling strategies.
• Write unit and UI tests using XCTest and XCUITest to achieve 90% coverage for the integration layer.
• Optimize network performance with URLSession, Combine, and caching mechanisms to meet sub‑second response targets.
• Deliver a functional prototype within the first six weeks and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in Swift 5+, UIKit/SwiftUI, and Xcode.
• Deep experience integrating RESTful APIs, handling OAuth2, and managing JSON payloads.
• Proficiency with Combine or RxSwift for reactive data streams.
• Strong debugging skills using Instruments and console logs.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced contract environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo iOS client.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions).
