About the role

Silverline Labs is preparing a major app store launch that requires tight alignment between mobile front‑ends and backend services. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design, optimize, and integrate data pipelines that support real‑time user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Model and implement MongoDB schemas tailored for high‑frequency mobile queries
• Build aggregation pipelines that feed analytics dashboards for release monitoring
• Collaborate with React and Node.js teams to ensure data contracts are stable and performant
• Set up sharding and indexing strategies to handle peak launch traffic
• Write automated tests for data integrity and replication health

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB clustering, indexing, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and RESTful API design
• Experience integrating MongoDB with React‑based front‑ends
• Strong debugging skills in distributed environments

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
• Knowledge of cloud‑native services (e.g., Atlas, AWS DocumentDB)
