About the role

We are building a high‑performance data platform for a SaaS product. The MongoDB Specialist will design, implement, and optimise database schemas and queries to support rapid feature delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable MongoDB data models aligned with business needs
• Write efficient aggregation pipelines and optimise query performance
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate database operations
• Implement data migration strategies and ensure data integrity
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues

Must-have skills

• 3+ years of hands‑on MongoDB experience
• Strong understanding of NoSQL data modelling
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js ecosystem
• Experience with performance tuning and indexing

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker or container orchestration
