About the role

Cascade Apps is orchestrating a seamless integration between its billing system, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design data flows, ensure consistency, and optimize query performance across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Model and implement MongoDB schemas that bridge billing, CRM, and API data structures
• Develop aggregation pipelines for real‑time reporting and reconciliation
• Write scripts to migrate legacy data into the new unified model
• Collaborate with backend engineers to embed MongoDB access patterns in Node.js services
• Set up monitoring, indexing strategies, and backup routines for high availability

Must-have skills

• 5+ years hands‑on MongoDB design and performance tuning
• Strong command of JavaScript/Node.js ecosystem
• Experience integrating databases with billing and CRM platforms
• Proficiency in writing efficient aggregation pipelines and transactions

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Knowledge of data security best practices in regulated environments
