About the role

Harbor Softworks is launching a critical product and needs a MongoDB Specialist to uplift test automation and cut regression risk. You will work closely with QA and dev teams to embed robust data‑driven tests into the CI pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB‑centric test suites for core services
• Integrate automated data validation into existing regression frameworks
• Collaborate with developers to refactor queries for testability
• Monitor test coverage and report risk metrics before each release
• Document best practices for future automation scaling

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB schema design and aggregation
• Proven experience building automated test frameworks
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript/NodeJS
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker containers for test environments
• Experience with performance testing of NoSQL databases
