Senior .NET Core Developer – Service Reliability Delivery

About the role

Vertex Analytics is modernizing a high‑traffic legacy production platform. The goal is to refactor core services to .NET Core while ensuring zero‑downtime deployments. You will work closely with product owners and DevOps engineers to deliver a seamless migration.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑architect legacy modules into clean .NET Core microservices
• Implement blue‑green and canary release strategies for zero‑downtime
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests for new components
• Collaborate on Azure infrastructure provisioning and CI/CD pipelines
• Document migration patterns and provide knowledge transfer

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of professional .NET development
• Deep experience with C# and .NET Core
• Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Service, AKS, DevOps)
• Proven track record of zero‑downtime deployments
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration

Nice to have

• Experience with event‑driven architectures
• Knowledge of Terraform or ARM templates
• Background in performance tuning legacy monoliths
