Key Responsibilities
- Enter survey data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with our customer service team to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the management team.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our database and data entry systems, staying up-to-date with any changes or updates to our systems and processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying current with industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer service.
- Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of our organization and supporting our customer service team.

Requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
