Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and generating reports
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as required
  • Manage and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and organization
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes, enhancing productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Analyze and resolve administrative issues, escalating complex problems to management as required
  • Maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Utilize technology, including software applications and digital tools, to enhance administrative tasks and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying knowledge to improve administrative processes
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to management
  • Participate in training and development programs, enhancing skills and knowledge to contribute to the team's success

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve administrative issues
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and technologies
  • Certification in administrative support, customer service, or a related field is an asset
