About the role

NexGen Media is launching a new SaaS dashboard that requires a polished, responsive user interface. As a Vue.js Frontend Developer you will translate design mockups into high‑performance web components and ensure seamless integration with existing APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Vue.js single‑page applications using Vue 3 and Composition API.
• Implement responsive layouts with HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to consume RESTful services efficiently.
• Optimize performance, loading times, and SEO‑friendliness.
• Write unit and integration tests with Jest or Cypress.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best‑practice guidelines.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Vue.js (Vue 2/3) and Vuex.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of RESTful API consumption.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI pipelines.
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of UI component libraries such as Vuetify or Quasar.
