Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure that all websites are error-free and meet our quality standards
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites
• Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet our clients' unique needs
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is high-quality, maintainable, and follows our coding standards
• Coordinate with our design team to ensure that all websites are visually appealing and meet our design standards
• Collaborate with our project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Provide training and support to our clients on how to use and maintain their WordPress websites
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies
• Ensure that all websites are accessible, secure, and meet our quality standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in WordPress development
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Strong understanding of WordPress security and best practices
• Experience with website performance optimization and caching
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize WordPress websites for search engines
