CI/CD Pipeline Engineer Needed for Observability Stack Setup

About the role

LumenWorks is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a CI/CD Pipeline Engineer to embed security checks into our delivery flow and ensure resilient, compliant releases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated security scanning stages in existing pipelines.
• Integrate secret management and policy‑as‑code tools across AWS environments.
• Refactor Dockerfiles and Helm charts to meet CIS benchmarks.
• Collaborate with developers to remediate vulnerabilities early in the build.
• Document pipeline changes and provide knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building CI/CD workflows with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands‑on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and IAM security best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.
• Understanding of security tools such as Trivy, Checkov, or Snyk.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with OWASP ASVS and secure coding guidelines.
• Background in compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC2).
