About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding a B2B SaaS product with a new multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to design and implement security controls that protect tenant data and ensure compliance across the rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling for the multi‑tenant architecture and document risk mitigations.
• Develop and enforce security policies for data isolation, encryption, and access management.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests on shared services.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide incident response guidance and post‑mortem analysis for any security events.

Must-have skills

• Strong understanding of tenant isolation, zero‑trust networking, and encryption standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Python scripting for automation and security tooling.
• Proficiency in Linux system hardening and log analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST).

Nice to have

• Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) platforms.
