Frontend React Developer for Production Component Library Build

About the role

We are launching a security hardening initiative for our cloud‑hosted applications. The Frontend React Developer will create secure, performant UI components and integrate them with hardened backend services. Your work will directly improve the resilience of customer‑facing portals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement React UI modules following OWASP best practices
• Collaborate with security engineers to embed authentication and CSP policies
• Audit and refactor existing code for XSS, CSRF, and injection risks
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library
• Document component usage and security guidelines for future developers

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of web security fundamentals and secure coding patterns
• Proficiency in building responsive, accessible interfaces
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI pipelines

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of security testing tools (Snyk, ZAP)
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Zustand
