About the role

Silverline Labs is building a data pipeline and analytics enablement platform for operations teams. We need a Python Backend Developer to design, implement, and optimize services that ingest, transform, and expose operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable ETL pipelines using Python and Django
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs for analytics consumption
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and write performant queries
• Implement data validation, error handling, and logging
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to refine data models

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Python and Django framework
• Proficiency in building REST APIs
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL performance tuning
• Understanding of data pipeline concepts and best practices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools
