About the role
CoreData Systems is modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. We need a QA Software Tester to design and execute tests that guarantee zero‑downtime releases while the system is refactored for scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for critical workflows
- Perform risk‑based manual testing on new and existing features
- Collaborate with developers to define testable acceptance criteria
- Identify, log, and track defects using our tracking tool
- Validate rollback procedures and monitor post‑deployment health
Must-have skills
- Strong experience in functional testing of web applications
- Proficiency with Selenium for test automation
- Ability to write clear, concise test cases and bug reports
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and zero‑downtime deployment strategies
Nice to have
- Familiarity with performance testing tools
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python or Bash)
