About the role

CloudWave Digital is launching a fast‑track CI/CD and platform automation sprint to accelerate release cycles. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to design, execute, and maintain automated tests that keep the pipeline reliable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand Selenium test suites for web and API layers.
• Integrate automated tests into Jenkins/GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Identify flaky tests, troubleshoot failures, and ensure stable test environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps to embed quality gates in the release workflow.
• Document test cases, results, and defect reports for rapid triage.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in QA testing and test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and scripting languages.
• Hands‑on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Ability to write clear, maintainable test scripts and debug failures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with containerized test environments (Docker).
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure as code.
