About the role

Ridgeline Software is launching a critical integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune the container orchestration layer that will power this seamless data flow. The role is project‑based and fully remote, offering flexibility while demanding high technical ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Kubernetes clusters tailored to integration workloads.
• Containerize micro‑services using Docker and ensure secure image management.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that automate testing, building, and rollout of integration components.
• Configure service mesh, ingress, and networking to connect billing, CRM, and internal APIs.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Docker containerization.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes cluster design and operations.
• Strong DevOps mindset with automation and scripting expertise.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Helm, Istio, or similar service‑mesh tools.
• Experience integrating SaaS billing or CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) networking.
