About the role
We are modernizing a legacy production platform that must stay online 24/7. As a Full Stack Web Developer you will redesign critical services, introduce new UI layers, and ensure zero‑downtime migrations.
Key responsibilities
- Refactor monolithic code into micro‑services using NodeJS
- Build responsive, accessible UI components with React and modern JavaScript
- Implement data migration scripts for MongoDB without service interruption
- Set up automated testing and CI pipelines to validate zero‑downtime releases
- Collaborate with DevOps to orchestrate blue‑green deployments
Must-have skills
- Strong experience with React and NodeJS
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and async patterns
- Proficiency in MongoDB schema design and performance tuning
- Understanding of zero‑downtime deployment strategies
