About the role

AlphaEdge Tech is building cutting‑edge generative AI solutions for enterprise knowledge management. We need a Senior Generative AI Specialist to design, fine‑tune, and integrate large language models that power intelligent document summarization and query answering.

Key responsibilities

• Design prompt strategies and LLM pipelines for specific business use cases.
• Fine‑tune pre‑trained models on proprietary datasets.
• Develop APIs to expose generative capabilities to internal tools.
• Implement evaluation metrics and iterate on model performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Document architecture and best practices for future scaling.

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Proficiency in Python for model development and API integration.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and few‑shot techniques.
• Ability to work with RESTful services and JSON data structures.
• Experience deploying models in cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
• Background in NLP research or academic publications.
