About the role

BrightMart Solutions is revamping its customer‑facing services to boost performance and reliability. We need a Microservices Architect to design a resilient, low‑latency architecture that scales with traffic spikes and simplifies fault isolation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a microservices blueprint using Java and container orchestration.
• Refactor existing services for stateless operation and automated scaling.
• Establish health‑check, circuit‑breaker, and tracing patterns across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with QA and Ops to embed performance testing and continuous monitoring.
• Document service contracts, deployment pipelines, and rollback strategies.

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise in microservices design and patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Java development background, including Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of improving latency and throughput.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with distributed tracing tools (e.g., Jaeger, Zipkin).
• Experience with API gateways and service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD best practices for containerized workloads.
