About the role

Pinecrest Systems is launching an integration project that will link its billing platform, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist who can design, implement, and optimize data flows across these systems while ensuring consistency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build MongoDB schemas that support real‑time billing and CRM data sync
• Develop Node.js services to mediate between internal APIs and MongoDB collections
• Implement data validation, indexing, and sharding strategies for high‑throughput workloads
• Collaborate with front‑end engineers to expose secure data endpoints
• Write clear documentation and run performance tests for each integration point

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for API development
• Experience integrating billing systems or CRMs with databases
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
