Senior MongoDB Specialist Needed for Enterprise High Availability Setup

About the role

NovaForge Tech is orchestrating a critical integration project linking billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a MongoDB Specialist to design the data layer, ensure seamless data flow, and optimize query performance across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Model MongoDB schemas that support real‑time billing and CRM sync
• Develop aggregation pipelines for cross‑system reporting
• Implement change streams to propagate updates to internal APIs
• Collaborate with backend engineers to embed MongoDB calls in NodeJS services
• Perform load testing and index tuning for high‑volume transactions

Must-have skills

• Deep expertise with MongoDB deployment, sharding, and replication
• Strong command of JavaScript and NodeJS for data access layers
• Experience integrating MongoDB with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Proven ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized MongoDB
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for database migrations
