About the role

We are seeking a MongoDB Specialist to design, implement, and optimize database solutions for a critical data migration project. You will work closely with developers to ensure schema efficiency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design scalable MongoDB schemas aligned with application needs
• Develop data migration scripts and ETL pipelines
• Monitor performance, index optimization, and query tuning
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate databases securely

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB architecture and aggregation pipelines
• Proficiency in JavaScript and NodeJS for data handling
• Understanding of data modeling, indexing, and sharding
• Ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or containerized deployments
• Familiarity with cloud database services (Atlas, AWS DocumentDB)
