About the role

We are launching a critical product and need a MongoDB Specialist to uplift our test automation framework. Your expertise will reduce regression risk and ensure a smooth release.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement MongoDB‑backed test data strategies for automated suites
• Integrate data validation steps into CI pipelines
• Collaborate with QA engineers to refactor flaky tests
• Document best practices for data seeding and cleanup
• Monitor performance and suggest indexing improvements

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB schema design and aggregation
• Proficiency in JavaScript‑based test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test automation
• Ability to write clear, maintainable scripts for data setup/teardown

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker containers for isolated test environments
• Familiarity with cloud‑native monitoring tools
