Senior Terraform Engineer Needed for Mission-Critical Container Platform Build

About the role

LumenWorks is undertaking a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a Terraform Engineer to design, implement, and optimize infrastructure as code that supports high‑throughput, low‑latency workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and codify AWS environments using Terraform modules
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines to automate provisioning and testing
• Collaborate with SREs to embed observability and auto‑scaling
• Conduct performance benchmarking and tune resource allocations
• Document standards and handover procedures for ongoing operations

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of Terraform in production AWS environments
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tooling
• Experience with infrastructure performance tuning and reliability engineering
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python) for automation

Nice to have

• Kubernetes provisioning via Terraform
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana
• Certification in AWS Solutions Architecture
