Senior DevOps Engineer Needed for Container Platform Build

About the role

BrightMart Solutions is launching a performance and reliability overhaul of its customer‑facing services. We need a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and fine‑tune the infrastructure that will sustain high traffic and low latency.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing pipelines and identify bottlenecks
• Re‑architect CI/CD workflows for faster, reliable releases
• Containerize legacy components with Docker and orchestrate via Kubernetes
• Implement auto‑scaling and fault‑tolerant patterns on AWS
• Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging for end‑to‑end visibility
• Collaborate with developers to embed security and performance best practices

Must-have skills

• 5+ years in DevOps or site reliability engineering
• Deep experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services
• Proven track record building robust CI/CD pipelines
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies
• Familiarity with observability stacks like Prometheus & Grafana
