Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.
• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in accounting principles and practices.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures, promoting a culture of financial discipline and responsibility.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff, contributing to the development of a skilled and efficient financial team.
• Participate in special projects as required, such as financial system implementations, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
• Conduct financial analyses and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics, areas of improvement, and strategic opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field, with a professional accounting certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial analysis, planning, and management.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems, including experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex financial models and reports.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
