Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Manage and maintain the company's calendar, ensuring all events and meetings are accurately recorded and up-to-date
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and cooperation
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide support for special projects and initiatives, as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients
  • Contribute to the development of the company's administrative strategy, providing input and suggestions for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a business consulting or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
