Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently fill out forms, including data entry and document scanning
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to phone calls, emails, and letters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Provide training and support to new employees, as needed
  • Participate in quality control activities to ensure high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures, and implement changes as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks, as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to team discussions
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as data entry or customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases an asset
